FELIX MOVERS

Independent but coordinated manufacturing shuttles moved by linear motors with moving coils on fixed magnets guides, according proprietary patented devices and architecture.

Key characteristics: variable loads; wireless; max flexibility; very high speed and acceleration; shuttles are “master” devices (not slave) with variable missions; motion control on-board; secundary axis control on-board; sensors on board; otional: vacuum or AC pump on-board; LED lighting on-board.

HIGH THROUGHPUT MASS PRODUCTION LASER EQUIPMENT

Automated line composed by automatic loader, automated optical control, laser process (drilling, etching, scribing, ablating, …), automated optical inspection, automatic unloader.

Key characteristics: multiple lanes and multiple laser sources working independently in parallel; SCADA system; AOI embedded; different laser sources can be adopted; galvo head or fixed beam with moving table; high throughput (e.g. > 4000 wph).

Reference application: wafer processing (drilling, etching, scribing, ablating, …).

LAB LASER EQUIPMENT

Lab device composed by manual loader, automated optical control, laser process (drilling, etching, scribing, ablating, …), automated optical inspection, manual unloader.

Key characteristics: single compact station with one laser source for lab applications; SCADA system; AOI embedded; different laser sources can be adopted; galvo head or fixed beam with moving table.

Reference application: wafer processing (drilling, etching, scribing, ablating, …).

FULLY AUTOMATED PV MODULES ASSEMBLY LINE

Modular automated line for cell-to-module assembly process according proprietary patented devices and process.

Key characteristics: scalable fully automated process and equipment; capacity: 18, 36 and 72 modules/hour (with 60 cells/module). No set-up and full flexibility according PV module design and layout (rettangular and triangular shapes; 2, 4, 6, …48, 60 , 72 cells/module configurations). High accuracy and repeatability. No cells breakage. Low temperature process ( < 155 °C).

Reference application: PV module assembly processing suitable for standard H-type PV cells or back-contact cells (MWT or IBC) or HJT cells. Glass-backsheet or glass-glass module architecture.

AUTOMATED PV MODULES ASSEMBLY LAB EQUIPMENT

Modular automated high throuhput screen-printing line using shuttles moved by linear motors with moving coils on fixed magnets guides, according proprietary patented devices and architecture.

Key characteristics: fully automated process and equipment; capacity: > 4000 wph. High accuracy and repeatability < 10 µm. Low breakage rate < 0,1%. No contamination. High yield and up-time. Multiple lanes with automatic loaders and dryers. AOI pre and post print. SCADA system.

Reference application: PV cells metalization (front and rear side).

Modular automated high throuhput test and sorting line.

Key characteristics: fully automated process and equipment; capacity: ≥ 4000 wph. Low breakage rate < 0,1%. High yield and up-time. Single or multiple testing lanes. 42 or 48 sorting bins stations. AOI front and rear side. I-V test with sun simulator. SCADA system.
